The conveyorized derinding machine for backfat type BXA NFL (low execution for loin processing line) is suitable for the fully automatic derinding, especially of thin product. It has been developed for integration into deboning lines, for example in the follow-up process of a loin defatting system (see MAJA BXM Loin), for fully automatic derinding of the removed backfat. A special pressure device that automatically lowers the infeed conveyor ensures that all products are derinded with excellent results. The perfect start of the derinding process is guaranteed by the cutting command, so that no rind remains on the finished product. This means high output and almost no post-process work.
