Horizontal TTCut for the production of meat, delicatessen, confectionery and dairy products, e.g. pestos, pastes, scalded sausage meat, rind emulsion, sausage stuffing, fine sausage meat, fish and liver pastes, surimi. 

The TTCut cuts your products with a single cutting set to a size between 0.2 and 3 mm. The cutting sets can be fast and easily replaced and removed for cleaning purposes.
