For large-piece ham

1-lane or 2-lane production with variable distance between lanes and flexible height is possible. For efficient portioning of chunks of ham (as well as entire topsides) with variable portion sizes from approx. 1,000 g.

Serial direct portioning

Manual portioning is replaced by an automatic turnkey solution. Because the new 425 cutting valve is perfectly suited for serial portioning of ham products.

Without clip or casing

Portioned directly into containers or pre-batched for thermo-forming machines: the SV 425 cutting valve offers ham production without casing or clipper. A real alternative.
