Portioning and dosing of fluid to pasty products accurate to the gram is one of the strengths of the VDM depositing system. It doses products of different consistency, even with coarse inserts, gently into containers on multiple lanes for an appetising product presentation.

Dosing into jars, trays or cans is possible. A large selection of dosing heads and product weights up to 2,500 grams offer flexibility for a wide range of products

Automation options

Direct, multi-lane dosing into tray sealer and thermo-forming packaging is highly efficient and, in conjunction with commercially-available packing machines, it is an effective automation option.
