The integrated inline grinding system technology results in first-class product quality and appearance with the production of minced meat products. Independently controlled feed and cutting speeds facilitate flexible adjustment of the product's particle size. The flexible use of cutting set parts enables "eye-shape" hole plates to be used for looser minced meat portion production or "letterbox" hole plates for a compact product structure.

Integrating this into the Handtmann minced meat portioning line, comprising VF 600 vacuum filler, inline grinding system with GD 93-6 grinding attachment and minced meat portioner, facilitates extremely efficient production with excellent product quality. Cost reduction ensures excellent portioning accuracy
