The PLS 115 automates the production of fresh products in natural or collagen casing (e.g. fried sausage or Breakfast Sausage) and makes manual separation and sorting a thing of the past.

Exact equal lengths and the same weight

The key features of the PLS 115 are equal lengths for all sausages with exactly the same weight, ready to be packaged and reliably cut into single portions or strings of any length.

From filling through to packaging

The Handtmann vacuum filler’s monitor control system makes it possible to include it into an integrated system along the entire process chain from filling to packaging.
