The PLSH 217 can be used flexibly as a cutting line for fresh products in natural or collagen casing (e.g. fried sausage), but also for the safe hanging of linked sausages in natural, artificial and collagen casing. The PLSH 217 is therefore particularly suited for businesses with extensive mixed production.

It provides the required level of flexibility for a diverse range of sausages in all types of casings, for cut products or hung portions.
