Semi-automatic machine for horizontal slicing of meat and fat plates for the production of gyros, kebab and belly plates. Infinitely variable adjustment of the meat plate thickness up to 8 mm. Depending on the application, the BXM K1 offers individual installation possibilities, for example with EII standard box, with additional lateral discharge belt or as installation in a line up to 5 machines.
